Sales Associate

You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging prospects, building relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while developing into a full-cycle sales professional. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact. As a Sales Associate, you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals and gradually take ownership of your own accounts as you develop into an Account Executive.

What You Will Do

Learn and Grow:

• Begin your journey under the mentorship of a Senior Sales professional with over 10 years of software sales experience.

• Master the art of prospecting: identifying leads, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.

Develop Core Sales Skills:

• Understand the sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, and closing, while working closely with your mentor.

• Familiarize yourself with Engaige’s cutting-edge AI solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Build Toward Independence:

• Over time, take ownership of your own account set, transitioning into an Account Executive role.

• Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiating and closing deals.

Support Strategic Growth:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and identify opportunities.

• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer conversations to improve our offerings.
