We’re looking for a highly ambitious Head of Marketing; a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our marketing initiatives, shaping how AI transforms customer service and driving tangible business outcomes. What you will do:

• Strategic Marketing & Execution:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) plan, including market positioning, segmentation, and campaign prioritization.

• Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:

  • Lead and execute integrated campaigns that generate demand, acquire leads, and drive revenue growth.

  • Optimize marketing spend to achieve measurable ROI and consistent performance.

• Brand Development & Market Positioning:

  • Build and strengthen the Engaige brand in target markets.

  • Execute the creation of thought leadership content, events, and other initiatives that position us as industry leaders.

• Customer Insights & Market Analysis:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and market trends.

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify unique differentiation opportunities.

• Product Marketing & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to position and communicate the value of our solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategies to successfully launch new features and products.

• Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar platforms.

• Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth and achieving impressive results.

• Creativity & Innovation: Out-of-the-box thinker who develops innovative campaigns and strategies.

• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
