What You Will Do

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution:

• Design, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels—email, social, search, and more—to drive qualified leads.

• Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and targeting to execution, measurement, and iteration.

• Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and channel mix to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.

Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Building:

• Develop lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, increasing conversion rates and accelerating pipeline.

• Partner with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, alignment on KPIs, and feedback loops for ongoing optimization.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar platforms to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.

• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, forecast demand, and optimize campaigns for efficiency and ROI.

Market Insights & Positioning:

• Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and audience pain points to refine targeting and messaging.

• Collaborate with the product team and marketing leadership to ensure campaigns resonate with our ideal customer profile and highlight our unique value proposition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the broader marketing team on content creation, brand positioning, and product launches, ensuring a cohesive narrative across campaigns.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.

About You

• Analytical Skills: Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics platforms. You know how to interpret data to inform decisions and measure performance.

• Track Record: You can point to campaigns that generated qualified leads, fueled pipeline growth, and contributed directly to revenue.

• Creativity & Innovation: You’re adept at finding new channels, experimenting with fresh messaging, and constantly testing what will move the needle.

• Collaboration: You excel at working cross-functionally, building strong relationships with sales, product, and other teams to ensure integrated, cohesive campaigns.
