Your role

As our AI Integration Engineer, you’ll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our AI-powered systems, working at the crossroads of engineering, data, and automation.

You’ll help bring our agents to life — building internal tools, structuring data pipelines, and refining workflows that directly impact product performance and client success.

Working closely with both technical and product teams, you'll turn data into actionable insights and help shape how our AI behaves in the real world.

What you will do

  • Analyze and visualize product usage to uncover insights and support strategic decisions

  • Build and iterate on AI workflows — configuring, testing, and optimizing agent behavior in production

  • Develop internal monitoring tools to track system performance, debug issues, and improve reliability

  • Own data pipelines end to end — from scraping and cleaning to transforming and analyzing structured data

  • Collaborate across engineering, data, and customer teams to turn technical challenges into scalable solutions

  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and report on performance metrics

What we are looking for

  • You’re a top student from an engineering program, currently in your gap year or 4th year of study.

  • You’re data-driven, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with Python and working with APIs, structured data, and modern data platforms

  • Curious and quick to learn — you enjoy solving complex technical problems and improving intelligent systems

  • Fluent in English and confident working in an international environment

  • Bonus: experience with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG-based workflows
